Makhubele,

former
Speaker
of
Council
in
the
City
of
Joburg
(CoJ)
Metropolitan
Council.
Previously,
she
held
the
Chairperson
of
Chairpersons
(Chair of Chairs) at the CoJ Council. She is a member of The Institute of Directors South
Africa.
Makhubele
was
a
Chairperson
of
the
Board
of
Metropolitan
Trading
Company
at
the
City
of
Johannesburg
under
the
Department
of
Economic
Development,
and
also
served
as
both
Chairperson
of
the
Board
and
Non-Executive
Director
of
the
South
African Post Office ( SAPO). She currently serves as a Trustee of HCL Foundation Trust.

Moalusi,
holds
a
Bachelor
of
Commerce
degree
specialising
in
accounting,
information
systems,
managerial
accounting,
and
finance
from
the
University
of
KwaZulu-Natal.
He
holds
a
Master
of
Business
Administration
(MBA)
degree
from
Regent.
He
completed
a
business
analysis
diploma
at
the
Faculty
Training
Institute
in
Johannesburg.
He
also
holds
an
Advanced
Diploma
in
Accounting
Science
(UNISA).
He
has
studied
for
a
postgraduate
diploma
in
computer
auditing,
which
he
could
not
complete.
He
is
currently
enrolled
at
Milpark
University
to
study
the
Postgraduate
Diploma
in
Applied
Accounting
Science
(CTA),
which
he
had
to
put
on
hold
due
to
the
upcoming
general
elections.
Moalusi
intends
to
become
a
qualified
chartered
accountant
in
the
near
future.
Because
of
his
religious
background
as
a
Christian,
Moalusi
is
also
enrolled
with
the
Bible
Institute
of
South
Africa
(BISA)
to
study
a
Bachelor
of
Theology.
Ofentse
Moalusi
is
a
former
mayoral
candidate
for
the
ANC-EFF
coalition
in
the
City
of
Tshwane,
regional
chairperson
of
the
Congress
of
the
People
(COPE),
caucus
whip
of
a
political
party,
and
currently chairperson of SARA.

Dr
Lesiba
Joe
Mojapelo
a
Civil
Engineer
by
profession,
has
over
28
years'
experience
at
a
senior level mostly in Government and spanning through all three spheres of Government
in
Local,
Provincial
and
National.
He
has
served
as
Chief
Operations
Officer
(COO)
for
the
City
of
Ekurhuleni
and
the
Special
Advisor
to
the
Minister
of
Transport
in
South
Africa
overseeing
the
thirteen
(13)
entities
of
the
Department
ranging
from
Roads,
Rail,
Aviation
and
Maritime.have
served
and
chaired
a
number
of
Boards
and
Strategic
Committees
both
in
the
public
and
private
sector
and
was
involved
with
some
of
the
groundbreaking
initiatives
in
the
Country
like
the
Gautrain
and
the
e-Toll
projects
right
from
inception.
He
has
extensive
consulting
experience
which
extends
beyond
the
borders
of
SA
including
ANC
Economic
and
Transformation
Subcommittee
representing
Business,
Special
Advisor
to
the
Honorary
Consul
of
SA
in
the
Midlands
(UK)
and
leading
the
Project
Management
Team
of
experts
advising
the
Gauteng
Department
of
Roads
&
Transport.
I
was
also
appointed
as
one
of
the
Mamba
Mentors
by
the
UK
Trade
and
Investment
in
partnership
with
London
School
of
Business.He
holds
a
Doctorate
in
Business
Management
(DBM)
degree
through
Regenesys
Business
School,
and
Master’s
Degree
in
Business
Administration
(MBA)
from
Milpark
Business
School
in
addition
to
a
Master’s
Degree
in
Technology.
